The inquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone number, inquiry topic and message. It also records a submission reference and date.
How it is used
Your inquiry is stored for Annex to review and respond. It is not a reservation, payment instruction or subscription to marketing emails.
Access and requests
Inquiries are available through restricted company access. To ask about, correct or request deletion of your information, submit an inquiry marked “Privacy request”, identifying the email address used. Do not send identity documents through this form.
Shareholder area
Shareholder access requests record your sign-in email, name, optional verification note and approval status. Your information requests and company replies are stored with dates. Only you and the company owner can view your requests. Private notices are shared with all approved shareholders. The company owner manages access; signing in does not automatically grant membership.
What to leave out
Please do not submit banking details, identity document numbers, passwords or sensitive financial documents.
